These plans are practical handyman maintenance visits, not formal home inspections, code inspections, or emergency service contracts. Each visit focuses on basic function, visible maintenance concerns, small repairs, and useful recommendations for items that may need attention.

This service is especially helpful for busy homeowners, senior homeowners, landlords, out-of-town owners, and anyone who wants professional help keeping up with small property maintenance tasks.
Small commercial spaces need regular attention too. Offices, retail shops, salons, small warehouses, apartment common areas, and property-managed spaces often have small maintenance items that affect appearance, safety, and daily operation.
Handy Ivan helps commercial customers with practical maintenance support such as minor repairs, adjustments, fixture-related items, hardware issues, basic visual checks, and maintenance recommendations. Larger repairs, specialty work, and projects outside the included visit scope can be estimated separately.
Property Protection Plans are subscription-based and billed automatically by credit card. The Priority Care Plan is billed every 3 months, and the Seasonal Care Plan is billed every 6 months. Additional approved work, parts, materials, specialty supplies, disposal fees, and permit-related costs are billed separately.
If a repair requires more time, special materials, specialty parts, additional labor, or a larger scope of work, Handy Ivan can provide an estimate before additional work is performed.
Materials, parts, filters, bulbs, batteries, fixtures, specialty supplies, disposal fees, and permit-related costs are not included unless specifically agreed in writing. Member discounts apply to approved additional labor, not to materials or third-party costs.
Property Protection Plans are handyman maintenance visits, not formal home inspections, code inspections, pest inspections, mold inspections, roof certifications, plumbing inspections, electrical inspections, or emergency service plans.
Priority scheduling means members receive preferred appointment availability for regular repair requests. It does not guarantee same-day service, after-hours service, or 24/7 emergency response.
Work is limited to services within Handy Ivan’s license, insurance, service area, safety limits, accessibility, and practical job scope. Larger repairs, permit-required work, specialty work, unsafe conditions, or work requiring additional labor will be estimated separately.
Handy Ivan may cancel or decline a Property Protection Plan if the property is outside the service area, the work requested is outside our license or insurance scope, unsafe conditions are present, access is not available, payment fails, or the service is not a good fit. If a plan is cancelled by Handy Ivan, unused prepaid service amounts will be refunded within 10 business days.
