Ivan was absolutely amazing. On time, polite, incredibly prepared with everything he needed and did a great job and cleaned up afterward. We hired him to remove a second wall and were very concerned about damaging the wall underneath. He took everything off with great care and nothing was damaged. We'll definitely re hire for any needs around the house!

Great handyman! Reliable, on time, gets the job done.

I highly recommend Ivan S. (AKA Handy Ivan) for your plumbing and mounting needs. He had a cool green laser measuring tape that made everything level. I asked him to remove a flush lever that was difficult to remove then put a new flush level for my toilet because it wasn’t flushing properly. The same day I searched for a TaskRabbit I was able to have Ivan S. come the same day (on a Sunday!) for my plumbing task. He also mounted 2 shower caddies, a toilet paper holder and a bath towel bar. He did an awesome job! He even painted the wall because the new fixture left an area that wasn’t painted so he didn’t want it to look ugly. He had attention to detail! What a guy! He even helped me throw out the boxes into my recycling bin. He even let me use some of his “Goof off” liquid to get some sticky residue off my Phillips screwdriver because I removed its Stanley sticker. He is worth his hourly rate. He did an excellent job!

We are so grateful to have met Ivan! Not only is he highly skilled, he is an excellent communicator and all around great guy. We’ve had the privilege of working with him multiple times, and I’ve already got my eye on a few more tasks he can help us with in the future. he’s done plumbing repairs, impromptu garbage, disposal, replacements, caulking, painting, assembly, and a bunch of other stuff! If there is something he cannot do, he lets me know. But that doesn’t happen often 🙂 we live in Chicago for part of the year, so on occasion, Ivan is at our home independently, and we trust him to take excellent care of our home. See you soon, Ivan! 😉
