Customer-supplied products, parts, hardware, fixtures, accessories, furniture, and materials are not covered by Handy Ivan’s workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties remain the customer’s responsibility.
Handy Ivan focuses on small-project art, picture, mirror, and wall decor hanging. Very heavy, fragile, high-value, oversized, specialty-surface, high-wall, or structurally sensitive installations may require a professional art installer, glass specialist, or specialty contractor.
Project availability depends on access, existing materials, customer-supplied products, surface condition, hidden conditions, safety, and the overall project scope. Handy Ivan does not provide large-scale remodeling, major structural work, emergency restoration, or work outside the allowed scope.

Some projects can be estimated virtually. Other projects may require an in-home or on-site estimate before final pricing can be provided.
In-home estimates are available for $149. If you approve and schedule the project, the $149 in-home estimate fee will be credited toward the final project price.
